she earned a bachelor of science in communication with minors in history and political science from uw-stevens point. as an afaa certified group exercise instructor, leah holds several fitness certifications, including pure barre. leah is also a certified prenatal and postnatal exercise specialist. when she's not teaching or taking pilates, leah enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, charlie, and their two dogs, cooper and comet. she will never turn down a good book recommendation or an offer for chips and salsa.
